              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Final Institutional Planned 
         Unit Development Plan for the University of Tennessee at 
         Chattanooga be and is hereby approved as shown on the plat 
         attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
